1. Duration of Listings
   All membership listings will be live on ResaleTrip.com for a maximum period of one year. Sellers have the option to resubmit their ad free of cost for the next year.
2. Platform Role
   ResaleTrip.com acts solely as a platform for buyers and sellers to buy or sell their memberships. We do not participate in any monetary transactions between buyers and sellers.
3. Transfer Norms
   All membership transfers will adhere to the norms of the respective companies/clubs from which the membership originates.
4. Buyer and Seller Responsibilities
   • ResaleTrip.com is not responsible if the buyer selects a membership but fails to make the necessary payment to the seller.
   • ResaleTrip.com is not responsible if the seller registers but decides not to sell their membership.
5. Verification Process
   ResaleTrip.com will verify the membership certificates of sellers upon registration, provided the seller shares their certificate with us. The balance number of weeks/days displayed on our website may vary at the time of transfer.
6. Payment and Usage
   • Sellers may claim a certain number of weeks/days but will be paid by the buyer at the registered club/company office after verifying the balance weeks/days available.
   • Buyers should check the summary provided by the club/company at the time of transfer and pay accordingly based on the usable weeks/days.
7. No Involvement in Money Transactions
   ResaleTrip.com will not be involved in any monetary transactions between the buyer and the seller during or after the transfer.
8. Dispute Resolution
   • ResaleTrip.com will not entertain claims related to overpayment or underpayment during the transfer. Such matters should be resolved mutually between the buyer and the seller.
   • All claims, matters, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, India. These Terms and Conditions and/or the operations with the customer are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. The customer and ResaleTrip.com agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, India for any claims or matters arising under these Terms and Conditions.
9. Compliance with Laws
   ResaleTrip.com accepts no liability for non-compliance with the laws of any country other than the Republic of India.
